Downloading the Dataset

Netflix is a popular streaming service that offers a wide variety of movies and TV shows to its subscribers. The company has over 200 million subscribers worldwide, and it is the most popular streaming service in the United States.

In this EDA, I will explore the Netflix-shows dataset, which contains information about all of the movies and TV shows that are available on Netflix. I will use the matplotlib and seaborn libraries to create visualizations and graphs that will help me to understand the data.

I will start by exploring the distribution of movies and TV shows by genre. I will then look at the distribution of movies and TV shows by release year. Finally, I will look at the distribution of movies and TV shows by rating.
