Trying to learn the hotkeys for Jupyter

I am looking at the following links...

Jupyter Notebooks have two different keyboard input modes:
* Command mode - binds the keyboard to notebook level actions. Indicated by a grey cell border with a blue left margin.  
* Edit mode - when you're typing in a cell. Indicated by a green cell border

Command Palette cmd + shift + p
I needed to use two spaces at the end of the line to make the next bit of text go on the next line
keyboard shortcuts (in Command mode) H

Press "Enter" key to toggle between command and edit mode
Ahhh... Ok good to go.  I know where to look up everything ... err most things now!   

ok now we are going to try inserting an image -- in particular the
hotkey shortcuts as seen when one types "H" in command mode:

Yes you do have to give a valid email and phone number.
the site seems to indicate that they are going to keep images forever.
I do not have much faith in "forever" but I think that it will at least last long enough for us to get a job
